Our client, a well-respected and established business in Mid Kent is looking to recruit a Finance Team Leader. Managing a small team, you will take Responsibility for financial reporting and compliance in relation to transactions. Identifying processes and controls that could be enhanced, you will ensure the team effectively engages with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the accurate processing and recording of transactions
- Ensuring that data retained by the team complies with regulations
- Understanding current external regulations in relation to transactions
- Contributing to Finance projects whilst ensuring team KPIs are recorded and reviewed
Candidates will have proven experience in managing a small team within the financial services sector. Knowledge of banking regulations would be advantageous, and an understanding of financial reconciliations is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an effective communicator who is looking for a new challenge.
