We are currently seeking a Referrals Coordinator to join Credo Care’s friendly team.
Credo Care is a leading Independent Fostering Agency, specialising in the care of children with complex medical needs and physical and learning disabilities. We remain a market leader for provision of this service to Local Authorities. We are looking to enhance our business growth and attract more foster carers to enable us offering increased placement choice for children.
In this role, your dynamic skills and previous administrative experience, will assist you in playing an integral part in supporting the agency by building good working relationships with local authorities, actively promoting our services and securing placements of children in our regions. You must be confident and efficient on the telephone and your friendly approach will ensure you establish a good rapport with our foster carers.
To support your role, you will have good command of ICT skills to enable you to maintain information on our systems and deal with referrals efficiently and in a timely manner.
Credo Care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All roles are subject to enhanced DBS and local authority checks.
