We are currently recruiting for a Charity Customer Service Advisor to join our client based within Kings Hill
To review, investigate and make recommendations on all donation requests.
To Carry out KYC/Anti money laundering requirements for all beneficiaries and account controllers.
Your duties will be
* To obtain and collate all documents required and perform charity verification processes
* To provide expert charity advice to individuals, Trust, Venturesome
* To provide positive feedback and encouragement to customers to move forward the charity verification process
* To ensure all payments are processed and completed via internal and external methods in a timely manner
* To be proactive in the suggestion and development of new work processes and procedures
* To comply with appropriate data standards
* To achieve personal and team goals
* To actively recognise and progress/hand off sales opportunities
* To carry out other duties as specified by the line Manager
Skills Required
* Customer Service experience
* Experience of working within a team
* Good communication skills
* Excellent phone manner
* KYC knowledge
* Computer literate in Word, Excel and outlook
* Accuracy and attention to detail is the key
* Positive attitude
* Able to solve problems
* Administrative experience
Pre-employment checks, DBS, will need to be completed
This will be 35 hours per week
