Lettings Agent
Broadstairs
£18,000 - £19,000
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Our client, an established property company in Broadstairs, is looking for a Lettings Agent to join their expanding team. This is not a Sales role and therefore there is no OTE on offer.
As the Lettings Agent, you will be responsible for conducting all of the viewings for the business as well as organising and taking part in the inspections. You will not be required to bring in new listings.
Person Specification:
* You will have at least one years' experience in a Lettings role
* You will have previous experience organising and attending viewings
* You will have previous experience organising and attending inspections
* You will be commercially astute and possess a strong work ethic
* You will be computer literate and be able to pick up new systems
* You will be a strong team player
