With flexibility to work from home or in the office following training, they look to hire a capable administrator with a professional telephone manner to hit the ground running and work as part of their busy, fast-paced team.

Monday-Friday 9-5; Immediate interview, immediate start

Salary with Experience £18-20,000

Day to day, you will need to enjoy dealing with a variety of enquiries from information requests on properties to gathering information and uploading to the website. You will need to answer telephone calls and emails from new and existing customers and ensure that they are directed to the correct department. Schedule meetings, manage diaries, send confirmations and liaise closely with staff internally.

In order to be successful on this application, you should...............
- Be based locally: Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Kings Hill, Uckfield;
- Have a strong base of office experience - 18 months+ ideally with exposure to property/construction- EG a household insurance company, an estate or lettings agency, a household service provider, or a construction company;
- Enjoy being busy and being able to take the initiative when needed- dealing with customers, email enquiries, authorities;
- Have a sparkly/bubbly telephone manner and an ability to follow processes through to completion.
