I am currently working with a fast-growing, highly successful and reputable leading Insurance Company. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator/Technical Claims Advisor to join their team.
You will provide exceptional customer experience to a portfolio of clients over the phone. You will act as first point of contact for their clients and policyholders for any queries they may have.
You will advise and update the clients on all relevant events and discussions during the claim ensuring complete customer happiness.
You will process all claim notifications, further advices and collections following the team’s procedures.

You must have the ability to deal with demanding customers in a sympathetic but firm manner over the telephone.
In return for your hard-work, tenacity and success you will be rewarded with a fantastic basic salary (which is impacted by your success).
Hours: Monday- Friday
You must be local to Kings Hill, Kent!
