We are currently searching for a Junior Systems Analyst to join a Financial Services client of ours in the West Malling area on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the IT industry and specifically focus on Software Delivery on a large scale.

As this is a technical position, you will be working very closely with the other team members in order to deliver high quality software so you will be amongst experienced professionals who you can learn from on a daily basis.

The primary focus of this position is to gather and document technical requirements whether it be from internal or external customers, this will then enable the business and system to begin the software build process and initiate the delivery lifecycle. Due to dealing with external customers, you will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service and have the ability to communicate effectively.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with some of the leading and latest technologies available but specifically you will be using industry standard software and methodologies such as JIRA, UML, SQL, AGILE and more. Any experience or knowledge around these technologies will be an advantage to the applicant. As an individual, you will need to be motivated, a self-starter, a very strong team player, a strong communicator, and an eye for detail.

You will be rewarded a starting salary of £20-24,000 DOE and a great benefits package.
