We are currently searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a Financial Services organisation in the Kent area.

You will be joining an award winning, Investors in People Gold accredited organisation to manage their technical project lifecycles from initiation through to execution.

Ideally you will come from a technical hands-on background with a successful track record in delivering multiple infrastructure related projects on time and to budget.

Day to day:

* Identify business requirements through working closely with business sponsors and stakeholders and ensure successful delivery in order to achieve business outcomes
* Work with stakeholders to clearly define and document scope and key deliverables
* Define project success criteria and issue them to involved parties throughout the PLC
* Plan and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
* Estimate project resources needed to achieve set goals
* Ensure deliveries are in line with PMO framework
* Ensure effective management of all project team members
* Take a proactive approach on any changes in the project scope
* Ensure all projects are delivered within InfoSec and Sox standards

There are multiple projects at the ready to be worked on and my client specifically need PM's who have experience delivering Workday projects.

This role will pay a basic salary of £55-65,000 + 20% discretionary bonus + private healthcare and more.
