Experienced customer service/sales assistant involved in the day to day running of a flooring showroom. Flooring experience would be an advantage, but, training will be provided.
Dealing with enquiries in person and on the telephone and booking appointments. Must have an eye for detail.
The role would also involve ordering, emails, invoicing, taking payments, Organising fitting work schedules, social media updates. This is a full time position with some Saturdays required. Hours to be arranged.
Keen to learn product knowledge and the ability to match products to customer needs. Sales related incentives to right candidate.
