Our client, a rapidly expanding Medical Gas Installation firm who have won a number of long term projects are looking to hire a number of Pipefitters.

The role will involve testing and commissioning of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, operating throughout Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and West London - services for both NHS and Private Independent healthcare sectors.

Duties Include:

Marking out drilling bracket preparation
Installation of brackets and copper pipe in various sizes
Working as part of team on specialist projects throughout the UK
Working from dimensions and layout drawings
Adhering to Health & Safety
Completing work to a high standard

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role, Installation of medical & laboratory gas systems is ideal.
Experience fitting copper pipe and brazing.
Medical Gas Competent Persons (MGPS CP) accreditation preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
CSCS card
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Pension

The company do offer overtime. Out of hours, Time and half from 20.00 – 5.00, Time and half on Saturdays, Double time on Sundays. In additon to this you will receive 1-hour travel time when travelling over 50 miles to job and 2-hour travel time when travelling over 80 miles to job.
