Requirements:

• CQSW, Dip SW or Degree in Social Work5 years post qualifying experience

• Registration with Social Work England

• Good knowledge of Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services

• Management experience

• Full driving licence and your own transport

We are currently seeking a Fostering Team Manager to join Credo Care and our friendly team, covering (Kent and Sussex).

Credo Care is a leading Independent Fostering Agency, specialising in the care of children with complex medical needs and physical and learning disabilities. We remain a market leader for provision of this service to Local Authorities. We are looking to enhance our business growth and attract more foster carers to enable us offering increased placement choice for children.

As part of the management team you will play an integral part in our recruitment plans for foster carers.

You will oversee Placement team staff, including the referral and matching of children to Credo Care foster carers and have line management of a small number of social workers.

Participation in the Out of Hours On-Call service will be required on a rota basis.
