2nd Line Service Delivery Engineer
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE
An expanding business is looking to take on a dedicated IT engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Kent. If you have experience of networking and desktop support this could be the role for you. You will work on a shift pattern rotating from day to night shifts. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary and excellent opportunities to grow yourself technically. There will be a different challenge everyday with a broad range of technical exposure to 3rd line.
Technical skills
* Knowledge and previous exposure to TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
* Networking knowledge in LAN, WLAN, VLAN, VPNs
* Microsoft Server 2008 to 2019
* Virtualisation technologies
* Firewalls/servers/routers
* Wireless technologies
* Active directory
Other requirements
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
* 2 years working in a service desk role
