The Client Services Team is made up of people from different walks of life, who all share the common goal of exceeding expectations for their clients. They are responsible for designing unique and highly technical strategies for their clients to achieve higher levels of engagement and ROI through search engine optimisation and paid search.
Supported by the Client Services Director, Head of Client Services, and Head of Data this group of people want to welcome a brand new Account Manager to the team who will lead and develop a portfolio of client accounts, while managing a team of like-minded GIANTS. The role will require a high level of experience in PPC advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, Outreach Strategy and Social Media, as well as overall marketing strategy and account development. The successful applicant will be expected to take ownership of client’s accounts whilst proactively working with them and the specialist teams within Sleeping Giant Media to achieve the client’s online objectives.
Client facing skills are essential and the role will require the applicant to be responsible for and take ownership of a number of high value accounts.We want you to come into the team raring to go, and to constantly develop - pushing yourself, the team, and the business to greater levels of customer satisfaction through dedication to the role.
