This position is based in Dover, Kent, England.
Full Time Architectural Assistant
Would be an ideal position for a first year student that has decided they want a slight change of direction in their Architectural career.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:-
RIBA Part ii qualified to a 2.1 minimum standard
Have excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Have excellent AutoCAD, photoshop, sketchup experience
Experience in InDesign and 3d rendering packages beneficial
Good presentation skills
Good technical understanding and knowledge of technical construction and understanding of current UK Building/Plannning Regulations
You must be a confident, friendly and outgoing person who is able to work well within a team.
Workplace Pension
Statutory Sick Pay
Must have a full driving licence and transport due to the location of the business
This is a non smoking site due to the nature of the business
