Qualitex Supplies Ltd are looking for an Accounts Office Assistant to join our accounts department based in Aylesford. This role is varied and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide support to our existing team.
Main duties will include:
• Dealing with invoice queries from customers
• Obtaining payment for unpaid/overdue invoices
• Day to day office tasks
The role will then broaden to provide flexibility and depth to the department.
Essential skills required:
• Accurate and resourceful
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Show flexibility and initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft products
Own transportation is recommended due to our location having poor public transports links.
Previous experience is not required, and this role is not considered suitable for part qualified accountants or those already undergoing training.
