Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading general insurance broker with head office in Kent as well as other satellite offices in the South East. They are Specialists in Commercial business insurance with loyal clients.
It is particularly rewarding and interesting role as the remit is wide and varied and you will have the opportunity to get involved with various projects, the role certainly won’t get boring!
Due to business growth the company are looking for an operations person to help the business achieve maximum efficiencies from their existing customer base and to achieve further growth ambitions. Working closely with the directors the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years management/operations experience within an Insurance broker.
The salary is very much negotiable and will be generous for the right person, the company are willing to offer a package that will attract a high calibre individually, please let us know your salary requirements.
In order to be considered for this role the company really do require someone from an Insurance broker background with some exposure/knowledge of Commercial Insurance.
