This is a brand-new role, created due to success and growth of the business, and which offers full training and development long term.



The role consists of:



* Developing new business opportunities through research and relationship building
* Generating leads utilising various sales techniques
* Proactively following up quotations to develop into orders
* Target based role
* Delivery of exceptional customer service
* General sales administration
* Accurate record keeping





To be considered for this Business Development Executive role you will have/be:



* Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in an academic or business related field
* Fluency in German to business level
* Some strong telephone-based sales experience, ideally with experience selling into large organisations
* A proven track record in developing new business
* The ability to spot an opportunity and the drive to go for it!
* The ability to assimilate technical information
* A genuine desire to build a career
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Good negotiation skills
* Well spoken and well presented with a great work ethic
* A good grasp of the English language
* A natural flair for business
