HR GO Recruitment are proudly representing an established, reputable organisation with their Head Office in the heart of Ashford. This company are seeking a SEO and Content Manager who will be working with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to create and execute the content marketing plan and will lead the SEO Strategies

An organised and disciplined individual who thrives in a busy environment: managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in order to bring projects to a successful conclusion. Strong communication skills to help build good customer relations with internal clients and to interface effectively with external suppliers are essential.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the main job responsibilities will be to:

Manage the implementation of a multi-channel content marketing plan with the aim of driving brand awareness, website traffic and marketing qualified leads.
*

Work with the Graphics Team to create a range of content that could include everything from web landing pages and video content to case studies and whitepapers.
*

Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, across all group brands, to include keyword research, content optimisation, review of technical SEO issues, off-page optimisation and reporting.
*

Manage the own-brand Job Boards strategy to ensure they are optimised for organic search
*

Liaise regularly with internal clients to agree plans and priorities for marketing programmes.
*

Monitor social media channels, refresh content regularly and responded to appropriately.
*

Work to maintain the professional standards, consistency and integrity of the Company's brands at all times.
*

Produce regular reports on results and effectiveness of marketing projects and programmes.



A minimum of 2 years' experience managing multi-channel content campaigns for a variety of audiences is required.
