MARINE CLAIMS ADJUSTER c£60,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global service provider based in the City. This role entails the Management and adjusting claims from first notification to settlement within pre-authorised authority limits

Claims adjusting on behalf of current and future clients

Provision of technical support for the adjusting of various claims

Ensuring each client's claim service standards are maintained or enhanced

Delivering and presenting reports to clients on specific claims issues

Proven track record of adjusting a combination of multiple classes of business, with specific experience in Marine claims within the London Market.

Experience in handling Claims in accordance with the Lloyd's Claims Scheme

Proven experience in respect of the London Market process including Broker CLASS @ Lloyd's and ECF Systems

Extensive knowledge of the current Lloyd's Claims Scheme

Widespread relationships with Brokers/Adjusters/Lawyers/Attorneys as appropriate in the relevant class of business

Able to work across multiple stringent client SLAs.

Display excellent inter-personal and communication skills in order to interact well within team and with clients and Brokers
