Household Claims Advisor
£23,000 - £25,000 plus 25 days holiday
Barker Munro Recruitment, a specialist in insurance recruitment, are delighted to be working with an award winning insurance business which is looking for an additional Claims Advisor within their technical Claims unit.
As a claims advisor, you will manage your own portfolio of household claims within the limit of your authority, prepare files above normal authority levels for reference to senior personnel making recommendations where necessary and will ensure that all verbal/written complaints are dealt with in accordance with the complaints procedure. You will be focussed on ensuring that all customers are treated in accordance with the principals of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and offer the high level of customer service that this organisation is well-known for.
We are ideally seeking applicants from a Household claims background, but could also consider candidates with commercial or property related claims experience. You should have good communication skills and have a good understanding of the claims process.
This role is based in impressive offices with free parking and good public transport links. The role may require home working flexibility.
