- experience in the leadership, management and motivation of staff

The Student Data Compliance team supports institutional strategic planning and performance through managing the governance of student data, ensuring compliance with student statutory reporting obligations through the preparation and completion of student statutory returns such as HESA and HESES, and managing the maintenance and reporting of information to the Student Loans Company. This remit also involves maintaining strong working relationships with our joint entities and partner institutions, managing secure data transactions and ensuring timely provision of high quality data.
