Our client is looking for a Team Leader to head up its Customer Service Department.
This interesting and varied role will involve duties such as (but not limited to):
Day to day running of the department, allocating work as appropriate
Building effective relationships with Customers , Suppliers and the Warehouses
Dealing with elevated queries
Assisting with recruitment, planning training courses, conducting appraisals and monitoring staff progress and development.
Dealing with any pricing issues.
Organising holiday cover.
Generally looking after the well being of the staff.
The right person for this role will have previous Team Leader experience, and have a strong business awareness.
