Hrgo are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a busy freight company in Dover. This is a permanent position, and the working days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week. This is a working pattern of 3 days on 4 days off. Hours are 7 am to 7pm (with a 1-hour break per shift). Ideally candidates will have some logistics experience, duties entail, monitoring live, urgent transport movements; keeping clients informed of shipment progress; and maintaining a bespoke transport management system, in line with company procedures. You must be organised, reliable and be able to work in a busy environment.

Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure a seamless service.

Maintain excellent telecommunications as per our standard operating procedure
*
Support the wider operations team by reporting vehicle availability
*
KPI reporting where required.
