We are currently seeking Porters to work for a large organisation based in Medway.
You will be required to provide excellent customer experience and ensure consistently high standards of care. Working as part of a team you will be welcoming people and providing a service in a warm, friendly and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities will include the safe transportation of clients, equipment and materials from one department to another, assisting where needed responding to emergencies and ensuring that all enquiries are promptly passed to a relevant member of staff to action.
The successful candidates will hold a current DBS
The ideal candidate will be able to easily engage with people, demonstrating compassion, understanding and empathy, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, have the ability to prioritise work load efficiently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours 8.00am to 8.00pm or 8.00pm to 8.00am, Monday to Friday, on a temporary basis.
