We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our client to cover maternity leave starting in March for 12 months.
The duties for this role covers:
Liaising with Energy company for the electricity accounts.
Creating management charges invoices at the beginning of each financial year, setting up standing orders with the bank. Making sure management fee invoices are paid on time.
Creating Secretary Fee invoices.
Creating post and printing invoices at the end of each quarter.
Finalising year end accounts for each estate:
* Checking expenditure analysis
* Creating income received spreadsheet
* Creating bank reconciliation - money in and out
For new financial year:
* Inputting budget into Focus
* Copying property to New Year
* Calculating Service Charges
* Printing service charge demands
* The same procedure for water invoices, ground rent invoices
Creating new tenants on Focus/ archiving previous tenants
Bank Reconciliations
