Salary: £30,302 - £32,532.73 per annum dependent on skill set and experience



Job Location: Mobile Worker based predominantly in Bow and East

We're looking for a Multi-skilled and enthusiastic Vinyl Floor Layer / Multi trader able to install wet room floors with upstands to deliver a first class service across a variety of our properties in the Bow and East London area.

What we are looking for



With a relevant qualification in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills, you'll enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.



You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.



You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
