Machine Operator



Ashford, Kent

Temporary to Permanent starting on the 4th January 2021

£9 per hour.



Hours: 06.00 - 14.30 and 13.30 - 22.00 alternating until the beginning of February where the shift will change to 09.00 - 17.00 until you have been fully trained and can return to early and late alternating.



Our client, a large manufacturing firm based in Ashford, is currently looking to recruit a Machine Operator to work on a temporary to permanent basis.



The successful applicant will be programming the machine and whilst specific experience will not be required, you will need to have experience working with machines and be computer literate to be able to set the machine programme.



Person Specification of the Machine Operator:

* Previous experience of working on a manufacturing/machine/production line.
* Computer literate.
* Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and improve.
* Adaptable to change, the ability to listen and follow instruction also use their own initiative when needed.
* A strong team player.
