We have a fixed term opportunity for someone to join us until April 2022.
You will need to work from home initially but when Covid restrictions allow there will be flexibility to be office based.
In this role you will deliver a comprehensive HR administration service, helping our customers to recruit staff, manage staff data and ensure all employment documentation is produced and processed appropriately.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team of HR Officers with clear responsibility for either a customer group or a defined part of the administrative service.Wider than that you will be part of the EKHR team (approx 20 staff) working together to deliver the full range of HR services to our clients.
You will need to be self motivated, organised and up for always learning and adapting as you will be expected to join us in constantly reviewing and improving our service to ensure that we can meet our customers needs and remain competitive.
