Would you like to be part of the team tasked with delivering one of the most exciting, high profile and complex projects Medway Council has ever embarked upon? The Housing Infrastructure Fund New routes to Good Growth £170m project will fund the physical transport and environmental infrastructure required to unlock potential new development on the Hoo Peninsula in Medway of up to 12,100 new homes by 2043.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic individuals, not just from a project background, but also people who will be able to apply the transferable skills perfected from your careers so far, to provide project support to the team of programme managers across this unique regeneration project, which includes physical enhancements to the existing roads, railway and environment on the peninsula.

You will provide support for all aspects of the projects including updating and reporting of project plans and finances to keep funders and stakeholders up to date with progress; an excellent communicator you will be comfortable presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders from elected members to local residents. You must also be able to demonstrate good organisational skills and well-developed interpersonal skills to undertake the role with a strong emphasis on team working, as well as an ability to work using your own initiative.
