Exciting new opportunity to join a small finance team in a credit controller role. With over 120 active customers across 2 Companies, the role requires a proactive, coordinated individual who strives in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities;
• Creating new customer accounts (advising limits and terms)
• Credit Control
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Age debtor listing report
• Reducing DSO
• Sending company statements to customers
• Managing credit insurance limits
• Bad debt management including application of CCJs
• Weekly/monthly reporting to the Financial Controller, Managing Director & Owner/Director.
The successful credit controller will have;
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Work well in an accountancy team
• Customer service experience
• Credit controller experience
• Strong communication skills
• Great attitude toward work
• Problem solving skills
Hours/Pay/Benefits
• 31.25 hours per week – Immediate start available (5 days a week).
• Competitive rate of pay, depending on experience
• 20 days holiday per annum (pro-rata) plus Bank Holidays
• Statutory pension contributions
• On-site parking
Own transport required owing to location.
