Broker Support Technician
City of London /WFH

Our client is an independent Insurance Broker based in the heart of London. They are currently seeking an experienced individual to join as a Broker Support Technician.
Duties include:
·Preparing market submissions and placing documentation
·Assist with teams MRC production and endorsements
·Logging of quotes and enquires
·Assisting policy files
·Daily monitoring with IBA team to monitor bad debt, cash and funding.
·Bordereaux monitoring for current binders and line slips.
·Assisting with KYC due diligence procedures
·Assisting with binding submissions via PPL/Whitespace
·Maintaining clear, accurate and comprehensive files reflecting the transactions undertaken on behalf of clients
·Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions
·Monitor timeliness of the placement process to ensure Contract Certainty is achieved and timely invoicing is achieved.
·Generally providing support to the placing brokers.
·Assisting our processing teams with any queries received via Xchanging.
·Creating and submitting policy files for opening memo checklist authorisation.
·Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as may from time to time be required
Experience Required:
International Property Insurance essential
