Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant to join their established business based in Maidstone, Kent.
The role entails
Posting onto Sage software
Client invoicing and fee queries
Dealing with all aspects of the firms direct debit system for collecting fees from its clients
Balancing and maintaining all three ledgers
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience
Experience using Sage software would be beneficial
Good communication skills and a friendly approach with clients
Attention to detail and time management
Previous experience working as an accounts assistant would be beneficial
The salary for this role is between £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
This is a Full Time role
