We are currently recruiting for full time, part time and bank Housing Support Workers in our Extra Care Schemes.
A Housing Support Workers principal responsibilities include responding to emergency calls from tenants and ensuring the scheme is safe; Housing Support Workers also assist with fun-filled social activities within the service including card nights, quizzes and dancing, they provide compassionate and professional support to those in need of a friendly ear and as one of our Housing Officers explained recently, if you share our caring values we can train you to do the job and a wonderful career in social housing awaits you!

Rapport Housing and Care offers Supported, Residential and Nursing Care to older people with physical frailty and Dementia across Kent.
