My Client, a food manufacturer with many years experience and knowledge to bring to the industry, is now looking to recruit a Production Team Leader with knowledge of the Industry, to ensure that their team are safely organised and effectively motivated to meet production plan requirements on a daily basis.

The Role: Production Team Leader - days

Responsible for optimising the day-to-day running of allotted area.

Ensure the team work to Health & safety, and food safety requirements.

Measure area performance using company systems to achieve performance targets.

To ensure all records are up to date and correct.

Ensure that staff are trained to carry out the tasks they are doing effectively.

Constantly monitor all cleaning/production equipment and resolve or report any malfunctions.

To ensure all work is done following the correct SOPs.

Manage GMP and cleanliness of production room.



Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Production Team Leader - days

HACCP / BRC

Leadership and team building skills.

Financial awareness with a desire to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Proactive approach to raise service levels.

Enthusiasm, commitment and flexibility

Excellent organisational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate at all levels professionally and discreetly
