Are you available for an immediate start - working from home?
This is a great opportunity to stay safe and work from home for 4/5 months in a customer services capacity, working for the local Council.
The role has become available to cover the secondment of another employee into another department and the role will run from now until mid-May 2021!
The role is pretty straight forward in that you would be provided with equipment (laptop/headset) and all set up to work from home, answering switchboard calls, responding to general enquiries and diverting the call to the appropriate team, completing general administrative duties, monitoring emails in a specific in box and forwarding to colleagues to respond.
What we are seeking in an individual:
Solid customer service experience, good communication skills, a great telephone manner and basic administrative skills.
Excellent rate of pay - £10.28 per hour which is the equivalent of just under £20K per annum.
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Hour for lunch
Weekly pay
You also accrue holiday pay a well!
