Non Marine Technician
An opportunity to develop your career with an established, independent, specialist Lloyds Broker based in the heart of the City of London.
You will be joining a business based on technical expertise, market insight, independence, service orientated and results driven.
This role will focus primarily on front-end broker support functions with less emphasis on processing premiums and Xchanging matters.
Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties.
Work closely with the broking team and Account Managers to understand client requirements and accurately translate this to slip details.
Create MRC slips and endorsements using Brokasure Enterprise system.
Process transactions, prepare evidence of cover and endorsements, debit/credit notes etc.
Ensure critical deadlines are accomplished and regulatory compliance is achieved.
Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure the effective administration of the account through the placement process and life cycle of the policy.
Requirements
Experience in a broker support function within a Lloyds broking environment.
Familiar with the documentation, processes and procedures required for placing risks into the Lloyds market.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
An agile problem solver.
Organised and able to prioritise workflow.
