Ensuring the satisfaction of there customers is a key component value of their operation and this role is to be the custodian for the investigation, the evaluation and potential validation of grumbles and queries to ensure all is done to deliver the best service. As a result this role is interesting, meaty and something you can get your teeth into. Working throughout the business you will seek to evaluate queries, grumbles and complaints to recommend improvements to training, development and resolution. You will have the opportunity to liaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service for the more complicated cases.
Good communication skills and effective writing skills are course a pre requisite for this role and it is likely you will have gained experience within a financial servicer oriented company for example; Insurance, Banking, Broking etc
This company will give you good long term security as well as a path of development should you wish for it. They have open plan offices, and as a commitment to safe guarding the welfare of their staff the initial training will be conducted on sight in a socially distanced fashion to give you a good feel for the culture and values of the company. Thereafter you will have the flexibility to work from home until the full path to return to normal office working is established.
