The role: You will be responsible for providing one to one support and advice to people with mental health needs.
As a community link worker you will promote recovery and community participation of individuals aged 17+ by assessing their needs and setting goals. You will work closely with statutory and voluntary agencies to help individual’s access appropriate support in the community.
What you need:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to initiate and maintain constructive relations with service users
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external agencies.
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
