We are looking for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to help cover holidays/sickness in our busy Sales/Purchase Ledger depts. You would be working at our Barfrestone Manufacturing Site, CT15 7JG
Duties would include:-
Sales Ledger
Invoicing
Helping with Month End Statements if needed
Processing Credit Card Sales
Helping with account queries
Purchase Ledger
Inputting Invoices
Posting Payments
Matching invoices/payments
All data would be inputted on a bespoke manufacturing/accounts system
Administration Dept
Answering telephone and recording information on company database
CRM Data Entry
Sending e mails
Typing of letters
Preparing mailshots
Experience Required:-
Accounts knowledge would be useful
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word etc
Good data input experience for CRM
Good communication skills both on telephone and face to face
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi task
Must be a team player and able to work on their own if needed
Hours: 08.30 – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
In House Training will be given
Workplace Pension
Statutory Sick Pay
20 days holiday + bank holidays
TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS.
The company has a strictly non-smoking environment due to the nature of the business
Interviews held with social distancing rules applied.
