As CAF Bank embarks upon an exciting transformation programme in 2021, we will be radically evolving our business processes as we deploy a new core banking system. Our mission is to simplify our internal processes, thus improving internal ways of working, increasing operational efficiency and improving the overall customer experience.

We are looking for a Process Documentation Specialist to work alongside business experts, to capture and document the new processes.

There will be a series of workshops and design sessions as the Spark programme defines how the new system will work, and as a result what the new processes look like. The Process Documentation Specialist will perform the vital role of capturing and documenting the new processes and controls, creating a library of process and control documentation. These critical outputs will feed into training and change activities. As the system is built out and tested it is likely that processes may evolve and any changes will need to be captured. The outputs are a suite of documents that outline CAF Bank’s new ways of working.

This role offers the exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation programme. You will work as part of a workstream and will be an important part of workstream meetings and activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with process experience, who has an eye for detail, enjoys working in a team, potentially on the career path to business analyst.
