I am working with an exciting, growing, and innovative FMCG e-commerce business on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells who have gained significant market share and traction in the last few years. The company ethos is to manufacture quality, high performance products at a fraction of the cost, alongside excellent customer service and a seamless end to end process!
As a result of internal growth and development within the business, a vacancy has arisen for a highly motivated, hardworking, and incredibly customer orientated Team Leader/Manager to oversee, manage, motivate, and drive the team to success. This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s fasting growing companies – where business has been uninterrupted by the pandemic!
You will manage a team of up to 10 customer service advisors (a combination of full-time and part-time), implementing processes and building a highly motivated, efficient and quality team – capable of handling the wealth of daily enquiries that are received. Being an e-commerce platform, all the enquiries are web based across web chat, email, Facebook and Instagram, often focussed on how the service works, what to expect, pricing, payments, deliveries and so on! You will ensure quality standards and processes are met, whilst implementing new ideas and ways of doing things.
The right person will have a strong customer service background with team leading/management experience – even better if you have e-commerce experience!
