Working as part of our fabrication team, you’ll be helping to produce high-end visual merchandising displays for global brands. As a CNC Operator, you’ll be expected to have a good understanding of manufacturing processes with the ability to program, operate and maintain our AXYZ CNC machine.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who will thrive in a busy environment. The role will require the individual to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and be flexible in all areas of the factory floor, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
Required skills & qualities:
2+ years experience of programming, operating and maintaining a flat bed CNC router
Experience working with cutting plastics, MDF, wood and other general composites
Good understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Produce high quality, accurate and timely work
Positive attitude, reliable, proactive, with a keen eye for detail
The ability to work methodically and efficiently
Ensure that hygiene and housekeeping standards are always kept
Preferable skills:
Experience programming and running AXYZ CNC routers
Knowledge of VCarve software
