We are currently recruiting for a Butchers Manager

This is an exciting new role for a well-established high end Butchers in the Bromley area.

You would need to be approachable, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality to maintain the trust of your staff, as well as being highly motivated to drive your team forward. You will need to be able to balance the current staff as well as being able to roll up your sleeves to join in and support your staff.

With an unlimited amount of growth options, you will find yourself furthering your own skills.

Butchers Manager- your role will involve:

* Managing and motivating a team
* Organising holiday cover
* Helping with any questions you staff or public may have
* Motivating others
* Teaching staff new skills
* Ensuring the store runs smoothly
* Keeping up to date with al health and safety regulations
* Maintaining a smoothly run shop
* Delegating jobs to staff

Working hours:

Tuesday to Saturday 7am to 5pm

Annual Salary £40,000 - £44,000 pa
