We are a friendly Chartered Accounting practice in West Kent who focus on small businesses and individuals. We continue to grow and add staff regularly to our offices in Larkfield and Paddock Wood.
We have a portfolio of 150 payrolls, with significant CIS processing. We need to respond to a range of employment queries from our payroll clients and from clients who run their own payrolls.
We need an all-rounder who can act as an expert in all payroll and pension matters, and be competent at bookkeeping processing using Xero, QBO and spreadsheets. Our ideal candidate will:
be articulate, and comfortable explaining issues to clients;
have a degree or other qualifications after leaving school;
lives locally to our offices;
be experienced in payroll processing in a bureau environment;
be experienced at dealing with HMRC on PAYE and NI matters; and
be familiar with Construction Industry Scheme operation and returns.
We are a flexible employer and can discuss a range of working arrangements and hours.
