Experienced Warehouse team leader/manager wanted!
Successful, growing company, based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells.

Due to team and company expansion, our client are looking for a new Production Team Leader, to ensure the smooth day to day running of their production operations, including output of orders and repairs, managing an assigned production line and its team, and providing training to staff on policy, procedures and working standards. Health and safety, ongoing monitoring of compliance, setting KPIs, managing department information on the system, ordering supplies, liaising with internal teams will also form part of your role.

The ideal candidate will have:
- experience of developing teams, promoting training and career progression
- technical warehouse experience
- the ability to work to deadlines/under pressure
- problem solving skills
- good communication skills

Reporting into senior management, you will share information on progress and areas for improvement, as well as staff matters and getting the best out of the teams. You will ensure targets and SLAs are in place, including work flow and waste minimisation.
