Key skills and experience:
-Provide real time data and reports on outstanding debts
-Change and adapt current processes and be prepared to challenge the business
-Capable of identifying high risk areas and managing exposure across business
-Understanding of payment terms and the importance to the business of timely collection
-Ability to work to departmental deadlines and targets
-Manage and oversee the self-billing process
-Strong problem solving and query resolution skills
-Understanding of debtor days and credit control information
You will be required to manage a small team of credit controllers and assist them with the process of changing and adapting the process. Get involved in recruitment of new members of staff as and when required as the team and company grow.
