We have an excellent opportunity for a Customs Clerk to join a well established client of ours based in South Kent.
The core capabilities include but are not limited to:
* Minimum one year's experience in completion of customs documents/entries for Import and Export, fully dealing with process from start to finish
* GVMS, end to end
* Good communicator
* Customer focused
* Strong systems knowledge
* Ability to prioritise
* Able to work on own initiative
* Self motivating
* Reports & statistical skills
* Able to handle difficult situations
* Quick thinker
Knowledge of:
* CNS, Destin8, CHIEF & Datafreight &/or Ricardo
* Home Use / CFSP / Warehousing / Bonds / T1's / NCTS
* Experience in inputting Import & Export Entries
* Understand incoterms and associated Duty & VAT calculations
