I am currently working with an international trading business in the fastest growing sub-sector of the logistics and shipping industry who are on an exciting trajectory of growth. Established for over 20 years, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional levels of service, knowledge and professionalism to a broad spectrum of clients. Providing both import and export services, my client ensures the needs of all their customers are met, whether that’s within Europe or around the globe - going the extra mile to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.

As a result of growth due to wider market forces they are seeking two experienced hires to help manage the end-to-end process of imports and exports. Working within a team of 10, of which 8 have been in the company for a minimum of 5 years, you will be communicating with international clients via telephone and email with an array of complex, interesting and potentially problematic import/export needs. Through your in-depth knowledge of the shipments you will be researching and problem-solving any potential issues, prior to the creation and subsequent completion of all customs clearance documentation from the very start to the end of the process.

You will ideally have a background within imports/export, shipping or logistics with some degree of knowledge surrounding the relevant documentation. You will have excellent communication skills, a natural problem solver, be able to remain calm under pressure and work well as part of a team.
