My client based in Maidstone are currently seeking an experienced customer service professional to join the team on a temporary basis until the end of March.
The role will involve two weeks training based in COVID safe office in central Maidstone and then working from home if lockdown continues.
Ideally you will gave experiencing in the housing sector as the role involves answering and logging phonecalls regarding maintenance and repairs. You will possess excellent customer skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
The interview for this role will be a telephone interview on Friday and upon successful appointment, the successful candidate will be in post the following the week.
The hours for this role are Mon - Fri (37.5 hours a week) with a payrate of £10.91 an hour (£21,000 equivalent).
