AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITH HUGE POTENTIAL FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

Redwood Estate Management are seeking a motivated individual to become an integral part of a small and friendly ARMA leasehold block management business located at Woolwich Arsenal, adjacent to the new Crossrail station. Managing a local portfolio with the team, the role will have involvement in all elements of the delivery of a high-quality block management service.

The rewards on offer are excellent for the right candidate, not limited to becoming a stakeholder in the business and financial bonus connected to growth. This role has some flexibility and could suit an estate manager looking for the next step or an ambitious person holding a senior position in the leasehold sector looking to drive the business forwards.

Who Are We?

Redwood was setup in 2005, having taken over the management of developments where the founders owned property. The managed portfolio has come entirely from personal recommendation based upon an excellent reputation – an imperative standard to uphold. There are two arms to the business, operating from the same offices; delivering both estate agency and block management services.

Redwood is an ARMA member and has won the British Property Awards three years running. Their offices are located at Woolwich Arsenal and could not be better placed for the new Crossrail link providing an easy commuting option and new quick access opening up central London for business opportunities.

Work/life balance is highly valued at Redwood and the structure of the team’s working week can be flexible to fit with individuals’ personal lives. However, this flexibility is only offered by employing the right staff with the capability and mindset to perform their roles to the highest standards, autonomously, responsibly and diligently. This ethos and culture is at the heart of our success and creates a friendly, enjoyable and supportive working environment for everyone.

Who We Are Looking For?

Following a change in lifestyle, one of Redwood’s Directors is planning to exit the business. This provides the opportunity for the right person to step into a role only limited by their own ambition. This could range from a dependable estate manager who can autonomously manage a diverse portfolio; through to an autonomous principle of the leasehold management arm of the business, keen to drive growth and acquire a stake in the business.

Desirable qualities include:

• Great communication skills and the ability to deliver professional customer service.
• A hands-on and pro-active approach to property management.
• Strong technical knowledge in the leasehold sector
• IRPM or RICS qualified or a strong aspiration to gain these qualifications
• A conscientious and enthusiastic attitude to work.

Benefits:

Salary tailored to the individual
Possibility to own a stake in the company
Autonomous / flexible working
Generous holiday allowance
Great work/life balance and working environment
Use of pool car (over 25)

Timeframe:

Flexible: Immediate start available.
