Redwood Estate Management are seeking a motivated individual to become an integral part of a small and friendly ARMA leasehold block management business located at Woolwich Arsenal, adjacent to the new Crossrail station. Managing a local portfolio with the team, the role will have involvement in all elements of the delivery of a high-quality block management service.

Who Are We?

Redwood was setup in 2005, having taken over the management of developments where the founders owned property. The managed portfolio has come entirely from personal recommendation based upon an excellent reputation – an imperative standard to uphold. There are two arms to the business, operating from the same offices; delivering both estate agency and block management services.

Their offices are located at Woolwich Arsenal and could not be better placed for the new Crossrail link providing an easy commuting option and new quick access opening up central London for business opportunities.

This provides the opportunity for the right person to step into a role only limited by their own ambition. This could range from a dependable estate manager who can autonomously manage a diverse portfolio; through to an autonomous principle of the leasehold management arm of the business, keen to drive growth and acquire a stake in the business.

Desirable qualities include:

• Great communication skills and the ability to deliver professional customer service.
• A hands-on and pro-active approach to property management.
• Strong technical knowledge in the leasehold sector
• IRPM or RICS qualified or a strong aspiration to gain these qualifications
• A conscientious and enthusiastic attitude to work.
